how cani turn on Inline zero-block deduplication without Inline deduplication pn ONTAP 9.1?

Hi.

The following TR recommends to enable "Inline zero-block deduplication" for file services on HDD, but unlike other type of workloads and disks not "Inline deduplication"

The only problem. is that i can;'t find how to do it. without enabling inline dedupe
