NetApp Vscan is disconnected

we have 2 AFF A300 HA Filers we newly configured av for both filer. Both filer is connected to same 2 Av servers 1 filer is working fine and another filer it show disconnected state. I have deleted recreated scanner pool and scan policy

we can see in events

scanner connection.

from av connector we can reach the filer and test is successful, no firewall policy

can reach the AV server from filer. 

how can i proceed further
