Security Login Modify

Hello

I am attempting to set a delay after failed logins but having an issue.

The command I am using is security login role config modify -role admin -delay-after-failed-login XX (where XX = a time)

I get an error that says:

Either specify all keys, or set at least one key to "*"  

Not sure what to modify to make this work. I used the tab function at various parts of the command and don't see were to inject some other entries which i assume is all or the *.
