Associate snapshot profile

Hello friends,

I have ontap 9.8P4, I am programming the snapmirror but it is always done in Asynchronous, instead the old volumes have mirroallsanpshotscompression, could you tell me how to change it also when creating volume generates me with default snapshot perfile but as I associate to my created or custom profile.
